    I'm all new with this equipment... it's a new market here in my country... but, we already have problems with the vcr size... how you got that own power supply?

      We built it if your talking about mine. I can hook up anything I want that has RCA plugs and convert to anything else like DVD or any digital format

        Ridgid does have new VCRs available, they cost roughly $325 though...

        The part number is:
        76857 - VCR, 115V 60HZ

        I guess if you lose a couple of hours of recording due to an eaten tape $325 might be worth it?
