Allright, Ive been looking for awhile now, maybe not looking in the right place...and i havent checked radio shack yet, but my power plug wire stripped on me today.. while im not good with electronics, do you have to buy a new plug that plugs into the back of the monitor, or can you buy a compatable plug at a radio shack????

Stupid question im sure, but i couldnt find out the info i was looking for

Drain, We'll see if anyone has replaced their cord before... if not I am sure Mark who works down the hall from me will be able to give you a good answer. Seems like there should be a compatible cord out there though.

I assume that you are talking about the plug form the compact. If so, you need a plug that has an input of 120VAC at 60 HZ and 0.4A. The output should be +15V DC at 1A.

I see no reason why you could not purchase at your local electronics store, and you can purchase through your local distributor. The catalog number of the power cord to purchase through us is Catalog Number 95722.
