I actually do quite a bit of this, but never for the realtors. Only thing I usually do for them is find septic tanks that need transfer of ownership certification (because it is holding up the closing and they can't get their commission - I actually had one of the arrogant jerks call me and say that not getting his commission was an EMERGENCY - yah, right).
Occasionally for the home inspectors (who haven't bought their own camera yet) or, more often, for the educated buyer of an older home.
Somehow or other, it's gotten around here in Phx. that if you're considering the purchase of an older home, you should AT LEAST inspect the line from the home to the street/alley/whatever. May have been one of those Sat. "handyman" shows they have on the radio.
