I'm gonna guess the price point on the explorer microDrain at $2000 considering the explorer alone is $900.

DVDpak is a tuff call for a price point.... Functionality and portability would put it in the 3-4K range.

I want three of everything!!!!! (I bet Rick says the same thing only he really will have three of each)
Found the MicroExplorer online for $675.00 if you need a better price.

      Re: New at the Show

Is it @ toolup for that price

I have had really bad luck with el cheapo internet vendors over the last year...

They will either sell me the item then tell me it is out of stock or they will try a bait and switch for a lower quality item.

el cheapo not always a good deal.

Yep. You're right. I've been running into "bait & switch" online vendors more & more lately also.

Sometimes you do get what you pay for.

I have ZERO experience with this vendor.

You'd think with all of the recession that the price would be stabilized or lowered to move stock.

But it looks like the price has increased $50.00-$75.00 since I bought mine.

                Re: New at the Show

The Micro drain would really impress customers.

Send it in with every auger job.

"As you can see ma'am, the commode is clear."

"I ran a camera through the commode, and there is no object in it. Your tenant needs to be more careful with the amount of toilet paper they're using. This is why I can't warranty auger jobs."

If they're not embarrassed about having to call me in the first place, they'll be sure to tell all of their friends about how impressive their plumber is.

I think it would be worth the money just for all the word of mouth it would cause.

I just bought my camera in January, have used it 5 times already, and have a video set up for next week. As soon as a few people found out I had it, it was easy to sell.

I'm looking forward to the microdrain

I bought my seesnake plus color w/monitor VHS, and scout from toolup.com.

Easy ordering, lowest price I could find online, and the camera arrived in less than a week. Great Service.

That's in the middle of the weeks so if I am in town I will likely be working. I have put it into my calendar though so I hope to be able to make it. Are there any other dates and places you can share with us?
