  • to hot in truck for dvd and micro reel?

    here in az summers are brutal.store my micro reel dvd pack and scout in a weather guard box.does anybody know if that will be a problem when the 120 degree heat gets here.

    Been doing it in Tempe since 1998. Only problems I had were with VHS tape malfunctions way back when tape was the only option.

    Since going all-digital, no issues at all. You don't want to leave anything with a LCD display in direct sunlight though, it'll turn all dark and you won't be able to see anything until it cools off.

    And keep your blank DVD's out of the sun as well. I don't use DVD's because I feel they're just too delicate to have out in the field.

      thanks for reply im starting to think digital is better than dvd but the screen size seemed to small to late now.
