  • Image from Flatpack Seesnake is blurry/ not clear

    Hi ya'll
I have what I think may be the first generation Seesnake Flatpack Camera (about 20yrs old).
Everything works well (monitor, transmitter with camera head works & an image is coming through albeit not clear)
Is there a spare part (I'm thinking a lens or part within camera head) that's available that can solve this problem & if so what is the part no & cost thereof
    Thank you
    Elan

The camera head is sealed and pressure tested so there is no way for the end user to do anything but replace the entire camera head. I see you are out of the US but look up AJ Coleman in IL. They might still have rebuilt black and white heads or maybe even the right parts to make a 1st gen color head go on.

sounds like the camera might have some moisture in it and as it gets warm with the led's, it fogs up the lens. yes a new / rebuilt camera head is needed. Hard to say what's the price of the replacement camera head, but I would guess 1000-1500.00 usd.
