No not really, it`s the old power pack that you can hook a tv to, off a video jack. It`s just a 12 volt power supply with a dimmer for the lights. They don't make it anymore as the newer set-up`s have it built in. I just cant see $3000+ for a TV/VCR if you know what I mean.
I now have a guy building me a power supply with a video jack so maybe my troubles are over???
They are over....
Tell Tom from Tech thanks for not returning my calls!!!!!
I hope I don't have trouble with my other Ridgid tool`s as the tech service needs some improvements.
Wow four business days and not a return call? I guess the rumor about them sitting around waiting for our calls must not be true.
I;m just messing with you but it sounds like your question may have required a little more research than flipping open a book. I have called tech services several times from in the field and always got an answer to my questions.

All Clear, i am checking with Tom to see what happend. Maybe he started researching for you and it got lost in the mix. I would guess a request like yours would have to be refered to engineering and then answered back to Tom then to you. It probably wasnt Toms fault just a disconnect waiting on a response from engineering.
