Is there such a thing as low cost liability insurance????

It's called overhead, gotta deal with it and make cuts in other areas to keep your bills low and your customers protected, it's part of owning a business

                Re: Insurance

I understand what overhead is from running a business what I wanted to see if anyone would share a national company who had good rates or group coverage. As I would never in almost any normal situation use my insurance to cover anything within reason. Car dealers use group bonds to keep their cost of doing business low for the same reason never make a claim and keep costs low. maybe I should have asked "what is your yearly rate to what coverage."
                Thanks

                  Re: Insurance

cuda, it all depends on your classification, gross, payroll, location, residential, commercial, industrial, medical, apts. condos, tracts, hoa's. years in business, years of experience, claims, yada, yada, yada

believe me, you need to do your homework and talk to an honest agent.

it takes a long time to find one that can met your needs at an acceptable price.

drain cleaning opens up the flood gates to mold and liability

i'm insured as a sole proprietor with homeowners association coverage. this is an expensive option as no insurance co. likes condo hoa's

check with some local agents for some advise and quotes.
they might not like it if you don't have a contractors license though.
