I wouldn't rent a camera if af I wasn't sure what I was looking at. I would call a drain cleaner with his own camera and have him inspect it, it will save you time and money.

Do not dig if you don't know what to dig.

I think Greg-Drain Medic, services your area, you may want to get consultation.

Is the vent always on the house side of the trap? that would make sense as to why i can get the snake from the toilet bowl and see it in the vent but not to the clean out located on the other side of the Trap. For some reason I have been thinking the vent was after the house trap. When we dug this up we only put in the clean out then eventually replaced from there out due to roots we never replaced the trap cause it is covered in concrete I guess that used to do that to prevent it from shifting? What can go wrong with the trap that would make clog like this? Only sometimes when the washing machine is draining? should I camera it even though I have the problem narrowed down?

          Thanks

Ok.....Your vent is the one hold the water in the trap. That is so the city sewer gases do not come into the house. Yes have your line video inspected. It will tell you what you need to know, what the problem could be, condition of your pipe.

You seem to have not a clue to what you're doing and tried to flip a house on the cheap by getting free advice from us. Call a plumber.
