    too much money from graingers.

look up water cannon and look at the general/ interpump 2021

    5.6 gpm at 3500#

    should be around $400.

but you still need a 16-18 hp. engine and the rest of the assy. such as a gear box/ speed reducer, or pulley system and an unloader.

might be less expensive to price out a complete unit with those specs and add the pulsation valve to the center port.

you need to read the fine print.

the 12 horsepower is based on an electric motor, running at 1750 rpm at the pump.

i'm going to say you need a min. of 18 h.p on a gas engine. to hit those specs.

do the math before you get disappointed. what h.p is your engine?

you'll probably be safe at 3000# if the engine is up to speed.

1750 is the max pump speed and that pump requires a 24mm. pulley shaft.

you'll probably be better at 3200 rpm max at your engine and the pump will still turn at 1600 which will still produce 4 gpm. at 3000#.

still a good system for up to 4'' pipe.

my 18 h.p portable produces 5.6 gpm at 3500 psi max. i keep it at 3000# to give it a rest.

gpm is more valuable than psi.
