  • K-7500

Ok Josh, I asked this once before and never got a reply.
Where can I get new brushes for my K-7500 and what is the part number? They are getting really small and need replaced.

The catalog number on the brushes you seek is 72482. Any of the Ridgid distributors can supply these to you and if they dont have them in stock they can order them for you.

          hey all clear,
being how you don't use your speed boat during the winter, i can make it feel more at home in my warm garage

now did you want my used (by me only) 7500 with some custom/ secret upgrades

or my brand new in the box stock 7500?

not sure what it would cost to fly it to the roundup, but you're driving up and you can take it home.

do you think continental has a trailer hitch on the 737

          rick.

                    Re: K-7500

Well I took the brushes out of my Hole Hawg and revamped em to fit the K-7500.
Now I hope Milwaukee is not as hard to get brushes from as Ridgid is

Is this a situation where the motor is getting put in a bind or the pulley assembly is causing uneven wear?

nope, they were just shot after 2 years of work. They were so short today I had to push in on me to pull my cable back. I think I`m working this thing way more then Ridgid ever thought someone would????

                          Re: K-7500

all clear. you really need to have a back up machine for the amount of work you do.

i have back ups for my back ups.

keeping the same machine makes it easy to swap parts as needed.

you need a set of feed bearings, belt, brushes, air switch/ bulb, and of course cable connectors.

you really need a back up

                          you really need a k-60

of course the k-60 will be your primary
and the 7500 will be the back up

Rick I really need a K-60 for a trailer wheel block or a jack stand

If I would have had one today I would have put it to the true test, trust me. I was going nuts thinking I was gonna have to use the Marco.

I have feed bearings, belt, air switch/ bulb, and cable connectors but I seem to not be able to get brushes.

I was gonna order a motor ($480) but it wont get here till Monday or Tuesday. I have my BIG 1/2 mile monthly job Sunday and cant wait till next week. I`m gonna order another complete K-7500 and keep this old one for parts I think???
