  • Last weeks Catch

These came out of a 6 inch asbestos/concrete pipe that ran from the house to a catch basin. It is a footing and basement floor drain that during heavy rain the basement would flood. The run was over 300 feet and required us to put a C/O in the middle. There is a constant flow of water from this line even after a dry spell. We go both ways but used our sectional for this.

What kind of sectional did you use? How long did the snaking take?

We use electric eel cables run off a 1/2 inch right angle drill. With the drill you can feel whats going on it has worked out great for us. The tip was a saw type root cutter. We spent a few hours total removing the roots. The main bunch was in about 100 feet then the next at 140. The last and smallest was right at the foundation.
