      Verbatim:

Tenant: "follow me, I'll show you the problem" [points to door in picture]

Me: "Um...ok... but where was this toilet installed?" [not noticing that the toilet was connected]

Tenant "I don't understand the question"

Me: "Where was this toilet before someone put it in here?"

Tenant: "Um...the store?...why are you looking at me like that?"

      Me:

      Tenant: [thinking]

      Me: [thinking]

Me: [after noticing the water line to toilet]

      Tenant: "can you fix it?"

      Me: "No"

What are the chances of it having a toilet flange and 3 inch running to it?

The pics Rick posted the other day of the pool house where bad but for some reason this makes me nauseated. I hope you don't own or work for one of the companies that sells on service that cleans up the bathroom when your done.......if so you are allot braver that I.

I was looking for the rest of the story of why and how this all happened?

Are those bullet holes in the fiberglass behind the toilet?

Some forethought did go into building this the way it is. I didn't pull it but the toilet did have a set of bolts attached. So I'm guessing there is a flange underneath. Someone even took the time to chip up the concrete and bury the waterpipe to serve the toilet.

So what happens to the water when you shower? Does it eventually make it's way down the drain? Maybe that's why it's so nasty on the floor.

I can only assume that this was some last ditch effort for a sibling to take care of a parent in declining health. Gives them a toilet and bathing area on the main floor. How else would you explain this?

If that is the case...that someone was trying to take care of an older parent &^%&*&^!
