          Perfect timing.
We'd have made a good tag team back when they were doin' it in the seventies.

I thought of a K7500 being painted blue but look at the pic of the rear of the machine. The paint is rubbed off but you don't see any red underneath which would be typical when you paint over a color. There's no red anywhere on it. Either the original color is blue or someone did a great job of repainting it. The other thing, look at the drum, looks like a k7500 drum but has no wording on it.

I know the seesnake used to be blue a long time ago before ridgid acquired it. Is it possible that the k7500 used to be made by cobra before ridgid made it?

It looks like there used to be a bigger label where that little one is now.

I seen it on E-bay, there was also a new K-60 on E-bay selling cheap I hadn't seen Rick post for a day and I thought maybe they were selling his estate! I was glad to see his post to night. I wonder what color the R-60 would be?

If you use the pic of Rick and Charlie as a basis for the color, I have a feeling "hot pink" would be appropriate.

This is an interesting thread. I have been following it and now I am very curious to find out for sure what that machine is. I sent Cobra an email with the pictures and asked them to confirm if it is their machine or not. I will post the email when or if I get an answer.

                              I have a 7500
they didn't bother painting the inner plastic guide that holds the tube leading to the autofeed.

                              It's a pathetic paint job
if you were to walk up on it you would probably laugh if you were halfway intelligent.
