once i got a hold of the right people, my new k 60 that arrived messed up, is fixed, and ridgid went above and beyond as far sending an extra gift for my trouble. Special thanks to josh and renee as well as chuck, thank you very much, as of right now my new company is average 2 calls a day and only a 1/4 of the phone books are out right now. So be certain you can trust ridgid to take care of you. this forum is the best thing since indoor plumbing. I will be buying all my equipment from ridgid, once again thank you.
