      Re: Bad Tenants

$600 a month, on .21 acres, 1050 sq foot home. no landlords, no homeowners associations. Its Mine. as long as I don't try to put farm animals in the yard I can pretty well do as I please with it.

I wanted pet goats, but the city said No.

I also don't understand how people can afford to actually Live when their mortgage is 1500+ a month. I guess they have to be making more money, but Damn.

No, it's not rocket science, it's plumbing and unlike rocket science it requires a license.

Funny, this was years ago. I installed a pella patio door on this home in the bay area.

        trumps all!

My vote goes to making those tenants members of the homeless community as soon as possible. For most homelessness is a terrible situation to be in, for these people it should be mandatory.

I have really stopped and thought about buying a apartment building 3 family dirt cheap around here. "But" the property TAX The heating oil and trash tenants not worth it. I see what they do when they get kicked out

My House up here is cheap pay $800 a month 2000 sq feet 3 bed room 2 bath .15 land includes the taxes and insurance. Take out the taxes my morgage would be $400 a month $3,500 a year on property tax
            House is worth around $80k

This one no. Had a clean place to work from after I found ejector pit.
If the nasty boots come on the price goes up. This one I was able to go to a dry section of basement from the bulk head doors in the rear of building at access the sewage ejector pit.

If I had to pull the bowl yes extra for working in their gross conditions
My health is at risk you pay.
