3/4 ic cable, new BAD Page Title Module

  • 3/4 ic cable, new BAD

    i just put on a new 100. 3/4 IC cable and when i went to use it, the cable has sevral curves in it? it has never been in a pipe?

    bad from ridgid?
    ups to supply house?

    any ideas?

    If you can run your cable out into a 6" line with no turns and just let it run for about 45 minutes it will take out the memory the cable got while it was stored which is your curves.

        Its one thing you can try before sending it back. I recall buying a cable from someone and the little tag said exactly what I said to "break it in" It sounds like it just got a memory from being coiled for a long period.

          Every new cable I`ve ever bought has always laid flat and straight. I would just send it back.

              that happened to me when i accidently went through a trap for a pool backwash.

              never did come out straight again

              i think that your cable is set in its way.
