    The Difference is about $1500.00

The k-400 is a "homeowner" machine

The k-60 is a true professional's machine! It even has its own discussion form!

    Just read up on it!!

      Re: K400 versus K60

I keep a K-400 on the truck as a kitchen sink / Washer Drain machine (2").

Don't believe the line size ratings listed on the smaller ridgid machines

If you want a drum the only drum that can keep up with a K-60 is the
      K-7500 (Ridgids largest drum machine).

K-60 is my go to machine for larger than 2"

        a k-60, what's a k-60

it's the best machine pound for pound.

if there was only 1 machine in the world for drain cleaning. it would be the k-60

read about it on the forum and look at my pictures of what i catch with it.

K60 fits in the cab of pumper truck. A smaller jetter come in handy with septic work too. A K60 and a K39AF and you can do 95% of most drain cleaning work.

As someone who has rolled a pump truck (several revolutions) DO NOT PUT THAT MACHINE IN THE CAB!
It was just me and the dog in the cab and that was dangerous enough. Think about that machine or any tools flying around in there with you. You're likelyhood of serious injury goes way, way up!

We have to think safe guys!
