had an entire complex backed up this morning. the sunken tennis court was not bubbling with the fountain of youth energy drink

there were at least 3 manholes backed up and 1 unit had a basement with a backwater valve seeping a little.

found the downstream manhole that was dry and went upstream with the 1/2'' warthog. normally i would use the 1/2'' rootranger, but this was a solid stoppage and i don't have a forward cutting nozzle for it yet

tore into the root mass and watched as well over a thousand feet of 8'', 6'' and 4'' pipe emptied into my manhole. ran upstream into the affected manhole. pulled back and forth to clean out the line. property engineer wanted me to camera the line and clean the other upper manhole

told him i'll have to schedule when i have a day.

then my phone rang. joey's not feeling good and i got to run

left my jetter at the site and ran her to the hospital.

fortunately this is a guarded community with guard house.

i'll pick things up when joey gets settled in

    rick.

the sunken tennis court would have been completely under waste water if it wasn't for the hack plumbing that was holding it back.

1 of a few manholes that were full of it

my warthog going at it as the line is getting ready to open.

    line open and flowing.

i missed the shot that showed this manhole 1/2 full when it finally opened up.

joey's doing better and is on her way to feeling better. who said having a kid is easy

    rick.

Now that's a backup! All the way to the jack-legged water fountain!

    Hope Mrs. J's ok.

I'm lucky that I get to see them pretty much every day. Although, I didn't get to see either of them today. (I'll make up for that tomorrow after I ogle the ProPress.)

Rick, I didn't know your bride is having a baby. I hope all goes well, and that everything turns out well. (ten fingers, ten toes)

                        Re: jet and run

now that joey is settled in for the night

i disappeared to the jobsite and grabbed my jetter. forgetting that i changed my electrical hitch connector with the sprinter. so my tahoe still has the old connector

since it was getting too dark, i just jumped the running lights and towed it the few miles back to my shop.

need to change the harness to match or at least grab the magnetic tow lights

so far so good and hopefully joey will go home tomorrow

Yeah, yeah....I have lined up the new castings for the forward firing 1/2" Root Ranger. Just waiting for current stock to run low.

I guess if everyone bought one now, the new model would be out sooner!

Keep us up to date Rick!

I have 4 kids and my wife told me last night no. 5 is on the way! I think I know what causes it now!?! She told me not tell anyone so keep it to yourselves.
