K39 is not working

  • K39 is not working

    Hello to all

    i bought a new k39 without autofeed
    i tried to use it for the first time and to
    my suprise the cable did not budge
    pulled the clutch in and out ,turned the drum forward and rewerse
    tried all combination possible and still cable didnt move

    could someone tell me what i am doing wrong??

    Did you push the handle foward and then pul the cable out? Running the machine does not do anything marvin

      yeh i did pull the handle(clutch)

      what do you mean by pulling the cable,do i have to pull it with my hands??

        What kind of lock are you working on?

        Yes, you will have to pull the cable out, pull trigger, push forward. Repeat.
