Now Rick and you other city folk, pay attention. Here we have a picture of a septic system it is some what vague but at least you will all get the basics. You may print this out and color with it but use only magic markers or crayons.

Wrench Spinner that is an interesting system where you have three lines sharing one trench. Is that for a business or a home?

It is a bed for a golf course, there are actually five of those rows, with cultecs 3 wide and 75' long.

Do you design/install your systems? Here in Nunya, a licensed septic contractor is not allowed to design or install any part of the system.

State sets rules & each county may supercede these rules. Each tests the soil, draws system, writes permit.

Here's the fun part, if the soil area seems unsuitable to a contractor while installing the system, they are to stop & call/wait for the inspector to assess and make any changes.

If you don't do this, you're installation may be turned down and you have to do it all over again.

Think about all of this. We're not allowed to have any input on soil or design, but then are held responsible based on our experience & opinion during installation on the soil conditions on whether things are good enough to work properly.
