  • Last frozen service of the year?

Thought I'd done the last one a week ago.

Then today, 6/3... JUNE!... 4" sevice, unmistakably ice, frozen for 35' under a road. No one had been in the house since March.
This is my reminder to myself that no good will ever come from discussing politics or religion with anyone, ever.

It's been beautiful and warm; what was probably the last spring snow was at least a few weeks ago, can't remember exactly. Yesterday we had a little snow come down already melted!

This was a leftover; probably been frozen for months. May have been frozen when people were there in March and they didn't notice because it was coming out a cleanout 150' away from the house down a hill, and would have been under snow at that time.

I've had to thaw frozen sewer lines as late as late June before.

I did the first dig of the season the other day, and had frost around the pipe still at about 6ft down.

we're in the 70's for the most part during the day... still 50's and 60's at night for now.
