Had gloves on all day. Two pairs. Just took them off at the end.
No poo in this line its a storm water drain.

Hope its as good as everyone says it is cause I've sold 9 out of the 12 jars already just have to go put it in the drains.

Got one for tomorrow. Got called to give a bid on replacing the line due to repeated backups. Talked them into letting me camera it to see what it actually needs. I'll bet $ to doughnuts I'll camera it, find roots in an otherwise good clay line, jet them out,and apply rootx annually from here on out, making me $ and saving them thousands. rootx rocks. pick one of your lines and camera annually when you apply rootx and prove it to yourself.
This is my reminder to myself that no good will ever come from discussing politics or religion with anyone, ever.

i knew from the first photo it was area drains. we have the same thing out here. the mentality is, if it ain't broken, don't fix it. out of sight, and out of mind.

problem on storm/ area drains out here is we don't get too many rainy days and the drains really don't come into use. people ignore them and this is what you find. roots from hell.

good job and great photo documentations

nice to see proud plumbers displaying their good work

Yea area drains the least thought about drain till the problem is really bad, the cheapest pipe the worst install no real code followed. And it seems to me the least amount of money to be paid, after all it's just a rain leader Ah the rain leader the drain that saves the footing, the finished basement, the whole foundation, but I can pay say "$200-$300" Heck area drains and storm water drains are the ones that kill my cables, dull my blades the most! Good job on the win! Nothing was lost or stuck in the filming of this movie.

My jetter is 5000psi 5.5gpm (21L/min) the nozzles were firstly the screwdriver followed by the root ranger reverse turbine. I also used the k1500 at one point with the 4 blade cutter and got a few roots out but mostly once i had cut along the length of the main root with the jetter I just had to cut the pipe and pull.

Hmm that description made it sound easy......it wasn't......it took some hours.

                            Cheers Phil.
