Support doesn't concern me too much. Just performance & versatility for investment.

What if the K60 is $500.00 and the R550 is $350.00? Equal condition.

And is everything ok? Hope so.

You said your were still at the hospital. Here they will throw you out after having a baby in less than 8 hours if there are no complications.

Current health insurance works sooo well.

all 3 of us are doing good

2 days is normal with a natural. c section is 4 days. baby is good to go in a day. it's mommy that needs the rest

so you're talking used at 1/3 the cost of new. since they both use the same cable connector, it's boils down to machine cost and overall condition. the accessories are the same.

            Sounds like R550.

Do you own one Rick? Anyone else?

            Thanks.

My buddy has an R550 and loves it. Rick did point out one thing that is true about Rothenberger, it does take a little time to get the right parts.

I was talking to Marvin about how Rothenberger has a headquarters in Rockford IL now, he said " Yep, now you can get the wrong parts faster." lol I have not needed any parts yet for my machine, but I will be calling for a new belt soon since mine is showing a bit of wear.

Signed an agreement with Greenlee awhile back. Should get better.
