  • New to me KM 1500

    Hi All:

    I just bought a used KM-1500 pretty old I would imagine from the 60's.
    I guess that makes me pretty old as well .

    I tried the machine out today the clutch seems to slip rather easy and it takes forever to feed.
    I'm sure it can use some maintenace does any one no where I can get a manual or maintenace info.
    I see a few guys here have them as well.

    My KM-1500 is from the early 80s. The machines are not self-feeding, you feed them manually. This will give you basic information but is for an earlier model:

        If you are feeding cable the jaws a probably worn. If the jaws have grooves in them you need new jaws marvin
