PS he is in Kuwait as of this moment and his wife and three kids are home thats why I am asking

    Re: tank alert

It could be anything. It could be a bad float, water in the splice box a bad pump, the pump could be hung up, wiring issues. There are too many variables to try to diagnose. I don't know of anyone in your area. Check the www.nawt.org website, they might be able to direct you. Or look for an onsite association in NH.

    Sorry.

This just happened over the last few days?

I'm only 200mi away and if they had anything like we just had for rain then my guess would be the system just got overwhelmed.

I assume everything is now working as it should?

If the tank has not been pumped in 8yrs its a good idea to have that done regardless.

Check with UnCLoggNH (Rod). He may know someone in the area.
