  • cable choices here and there

while exploring the ridgid site overseas, i was browsing the drain cleaning section specifically the k-60

why does the overseas market get more choices of cables and accessories than we do here

the k-60 is rated for up to 6'' and also runs the a-17 drum adapters. i know we already do that here, but these accessories and specs are not listed on our forum or in our catalogs.

they even sell inner core 5/8'' and 1 1/4'' along with the 7/8'' c-10ic that's next to impossible to find here in the usa. what amazes me is the 2 sections of c-10ic that i have are made in the usa and shipped overseas. yet try finding it here

    here's the link.

It may have a more powerful motor..maybe the voltage is different on the overseas model?

Re: cable choices here and there

the voltage is 230 50 hz. so the motor spins at a slightly slower speed.

the 6'' capacity is because of the inner core cable they use.

we use innercore, but factory ridgid innercore is next to impossible to find.

plus they show the drum adapters for the k-60.

not to mention the innercore 5/8'' and 1500 1.25'' innercore.

I'm shocked Ridgid makes a combustion analyzer. Bacharach and Testo are pretty much King in the U.S. Market.

Is that the General brand Ron? I'm Having a problem with cable center Fedex picked up there wrong cables and shipped them back. Tony at Cable Center Said my account would be credited in 48 hours but now Cable Center says General's employee's are on strike??
When I get Credited I might just call AJ. This is B.S

Charging less does not mean more call volume it just means you have to work harder to reach your goals.

C-10-IC is the Ridgid brand, maybe give them a call and see if they have the General cable in stock.

So that sounds like The Cable Center does not stock the cable, but they where going to order it and have it dropped shipped?

AJ Coleman may have it in stock. I know when I am in there I see tons of cable of every brand there.
