      the whole purpose of a foaming product is to get the chemical to the top of the pipe. but with a pump spraying the chemical directly in all directions, you don't really need a foam to get it to the top. although the foam would help it cling and stay at the top.

      The foaming agent is separated from the killing agent in the rootX so you can get directly to the active ingredient so as long as you can regulate the chemical feed (I would make a supersaturated liquid from the active ingredient in the rootx) then it just becomes a matter of working out the molarity / exposure per foot of pipe unless you are thinking of making a foam dispenser
