  • Marco sewer cables difference from standard left hand wound cables

For all Plumbers and Drain people just so you know the difference most
all sewer cables manufactured as left hand wound. Meaning,
the more (machine) torque, the tighter the cable draws down, making it that much stronger as goes down into 'a blockage',

Marco cables, on the other hand are just the opposite: Right hand wound. it is important to know, because when any brand of cable used in their Marco machines it will begin to unwind, uncoil, or kink as it becomes weaker.

    Buyer Beware-
Many company's are only too happy to sell their brand of left hand wound cable, with Marco fittings, as Marco Replacement cables- now that Marco is no longer around. These same companies are making left-hand wound fittings for these cables!

Make sure that when you are talking to a sales person, they are selling you actual replacement cables for Marco: "RIGHT" hand wound cables !

              Yes they spin counter clockwise!

But I forgot to mention that all handgun drill machines 1/4" & 5/16" cables are right hand spun that is why the small Marco cable works in your machine AssTyme,
everything over 3/8" it makes a difference!
