IT's Sunday and Fathers day. I charge extra today.

Typical call, I have one for you (rental) and if you give me a good price I have another for
    you this week.

ME: My price is what it is but will be cheaper if you wait until tomorrow.

Him: OK, tomorrow he says. Come between 4-5.

ME: I'll need a credit card number and the tenants name and phone number.

    Him: Can't do that

    ME: Good bye

There's an old joke about the four most told lies

    1. I didn't do it

    2. The checks in the mail

    3. If you give me a good price on this I will get you all kinds of work

    4. I promise you Darling, I won't xxx in xxx xxxxx

Oldest saying in the book...i tend not to budge on my price with those kind of people...You do it once and they'll expect it every time...we know what our time is worth...I'd rather walk away and not even deal with it...AS SOON as i hear those words i start walking to the door.
