If your going to do that just get shorter cables and use your drill.

As I have said before, the K-60 is to light duty for me. I use the Dreel with 1 1/4" inner-core cable.
I've run into to many roots and wipes that the K-60 fails at.

I use my drill every day with the 15` C10 cables. It didnt take much to master it either.

It could several reasons why ... RIDGID'S largest battery is a 9 amp hr compared to there counterpart Mr. M-18.. 12 amp hr .... They Milwaukee even have the MX series they use for there drum machine .. secondly they would need a faster charger there ( RIDGID'S ) fastest charger will charge a depleted 9 amp hr battery in about 180 minutes where as Milwaukee's super charger will charge a 12 amp hr in under 60 minutes.

Then of course there's a matter of there battery patent infringement case that's still active between both of the companies . I have no doubt that RIDGID is very capable of there own version of a cordless sectional machine .

Which two companies would that be? Ridgid (as in Ridge Tool Co not RIDGID/TTI) and who else? Just curious, don't have any interest in a K-60 cordless or otherwise.

It would be RIDGE TOOL Co. vs Millwaukee et al ( and others )

I`m sure they are very capable of building one but they just seem to be lacking when it comes to drain cleaning anymore.

I imagine a ridgid cordless k60 would run on the same batteries that the camera and propress use. Which would be great for me because the makita batteries are interchangeable.

If that was a Spartan Rep selling you the 5208 they be in your driveway next day with there fully stocked Spartan van .... A few years back I needed some drums ( mine where rotted out ) for my model 81 ... made the call and next day Spartan man showed up ... I was only planning to purchase a few drums and ended up with a spanking brand new 300 after trading in my well used 300 and all kinds of cable , ... that was a expensive day .
