  • Before and after pics of the k60

We've all pics of root balls out of the pipe but were any roots left? Here's what the pipe looks like after the k60 is done with it. I tripped in initially with the straight auger and finished with the spiral blade with a bent trap leader.

The k60 is not a jetter, keep that in mind.

ben, are you trying to pull a fast one on us

the before photo was at 4'4'' in and the after was at 1'2'' in

at least spin some cable on the seesnake to match the spot

good photo of the screen. was this a still photo of the monitor, or a dvd that you printed?

The footage is different because I turned on the camera when the camera was out at different location. I was inspecting solely for viewing purposes and not footage. Otherwise, I would try to have the camera out at the same spot or zero out the footage. The pictures are of the screen, no dvd maker. Flash off, macro setting on and camera blocking end of viewing tube.

The 7500 would've been the last choice for this job. there's about 5 ft of cable out and you have a minor offset. Not enough cable out to absorb any shock.

there is a reason why the board buster contest at the roundup was done with a 1500 and not a 7500.

if you really want to try that with your 7500, all i can say is "it was nice knowing you" where can i send flowers too

we all know that the most danger in a drum machine comes in the first 10'. at this distance there is not enough cable out to absorb any real stall in the cutter. then you have a very heavy drum/ flywheel wanting to keep spinning.

the sectional allows you to feather the clutch and not have any built up cable tension.

go ahead and lets see you drill the 2'' hole in the 1x pine board at 2' out from the drum. and don't forget, bill's time to beat is 7.+ seconds.
                    mine was 9.+ seconds

by the way, you'll have to adapt a cutter since ridgid doesn't have the cutter we used for a drum machine. want to know why?

because they still want to sell sectionals---if they sold them 4 drums, why buy a messy machine???????????????
