    Re: Another craigslist ad...

Where do people come up with these figures? I'm sorry, but I don't let anyone dictate to me how much a job is worth. Pulling the permit is worth more than that.

That ad has got stupid written all over it.

The guy wro wrote it was stupid thinking that is all the job is worth, and anyone who does it for that is stupid.

I truly think the poster thinks this is an employment position rather than a job for hire. Yeah, I'll work for you for two days for $250 and then you can lay me off.

That guy you hired last year for a couple weeks. You see, even though you payed him only ten bucks an hour because he didn't know english.Well,he still went home and told everyone he's an electrician now.

He'll be doing this job for you guys.

Not to worry. We have these sorts of helpers taking care of the bottom feeders in every trade.

I would install his drop cords and outlets for that price! Of course they would not have power fed to them or be connected to any wiring.....

There is no way I will get near like that kind situation as someone wrote on the Craiglist there.

The reason why I refuse do that as they will provide the materals IMO 80% of the time it is a wrong materals to use and have to waste my time to get the correct materals to meet the codes so that why I don't reply to the craiglist at all due too many unforesee events will happend.

            Merci,Marc

i low ball a lot. when i want a toy i put ads every everywhere. for instance i'm kind of looking at hot tubs. if i decide to get one i will run ads for " good working hot tub, must be running when i get there, have good top. $300.00 or under." you know i ain't holding a gun to anybody's head here. if i don't get one i'll live. the people that are the problem are the unqualified ones that advertise for work. breid........
