Wondering if anyone had a link to what I call an "electricians extension drill"?

Basically you take the head off a right angle D handle and attach it. About 30" long with the end head on about a 22 degree angle.

    Thanks.

Found it. I was off a few degrees though.

I have one and LOVE it. I wouldn't be without one.

My guess would be standing on the floor drilling through wood floor joist, don't do much of that in my trade.

This is more of an electricians tool. Good bit and you can get after it on the rough in.

Stand on the floor and drill the bottom plate, stand on the floor and drill the top plate with 8' ceilings. Think about that. Also go sideways.

For what you or I would do it would be more crucial keeping the holes straight for pipes vs. wire.

Very very true. But I will run rings around you roughing in a house or wood framed building.
