    The inspectors are there for questions ,at counter, phone 1st thing in Morning, before they go out to inspect each day.
    They are usually pretty helpful. Give a call ,and write down name info came from ! Good Luck
    I can build anything You want , if you draw a picture of it , on the back of a big enough check .

      Yes, an "outlet" is anyplace power is utilized. A receptacle is not the only type of outlet. A light fixture is a "lighting outlet" Your fan is an outlet. There are many types of outlets.

        Yes they are dedicated. You cant run them through any code or so.
