    Well I got this signed off today. I did it all Myself under My Ca. Gen B license,along with Carpentry and Plumbing on the same project. Where You wire ,would You have had to install Arc Fault Breakers for the bedrooms ? I did install them. Power Co installs new Larger drop next week.
    I can build anything You want , if you draw a picture of it , on the back of a big enough check .

    For a service upgrade? NO way. Generally not required in any area I know of.

        Atlanta area we only have to install hard wire smokes and GFCI's on service upgrades. I'd be afraid to put an ARC on any circuit that I didn't install myself.
