    Interesting, you just draw the oil through that small reservoir and the intermix with the warmer oil in the chamber is enough huh? Add some fins and you'll get even more heat transfer. Scavenge some heat sinks from old computer chips (just the fin section, you don't need the fan) and epoxy them to the outside of the chamber. They will absorb more BTUs out of the room by offering greater surface area to collect heat.
