I am in the process of installing a coal furnace and would like to install turning vanes to better direct the airflow. Any idea how to make them or where to buy them?
    Thanks

I would go to a sheet metal shop and have them build them.

Duro Dyne makes turning vanes that you cut to fit your elbow

Try your local sheetmetal shop. They usually have prefab vanes that they cut to fit.
