    I'm glad the sensor helps. It could also be a bad valve since the signal is interpreted by it. If it's intermittent, I would swap it too!

They can mechanically stick though so replacing it could also be an issue. If you want to keep this furnace, replace it regardless.....it is your only safety (aside rollouts). DO FIND THE CAUSE THOUGH, other guys already touched on that!

        Is the blower running ?I dont like the sound of the flames rolling out and tripping the rollout(sounds like that is what your saying).
        It may be blowing your pilot off your flame sensor,seems like you need a good cleaning and inspection!
