  • Refrigerant leak detector?

I'm need of a new leak detector, mine is obsolete. The tips are no longer available as soon as my last good tip goes, this thing is trash.

What's some of the detectors you are using? I don't want to spend a fortune for one something in the $200-400 range. Don't use one that often.

    Thanks

    Re: Refrigerant leak detector?

James, I use this one and it works well I only charge it 2-3 times a year and it comes with a vehicle charger.

I think it was around $300 (Lockes stocks it).

        Does anyone use an Inficon?

I like their products. I have an 8 year old Inficon recovery machine that will not die.

I purchased the Tek-Mate. Johnstone Supply had them on sale.
