  • Forced Air-Heat Pump-Hybrid Propane...Recommendations?

Just curious of any recommendation for what the title says:

    Forced Air
    Heat Pump-A/C
    Hybrid Propane

    About 1000 sq. ft.

Climate: According the US Energy Dept. climate guide for 2015 the climate there is:
    BA Climate Zone: Mixed Humid
    IECC Climate Zone (1-8): 4
    IECC Moisture Regime: A

Medium to poor insulation and windows.

    Thanks for any replies.

Here is a site that has some interesting information.
Should you avoid installing a heat pump and go with gas heat for your home? Can you trust heat pump technology? Some say no to both questions.

only a manual J loading can tell you sizing. Rheem or Lennox. Even Goodman/Daikin. Installation is more important than brand.

Not sure if you are asking for general advice. But if you are actually asking for sizing information as PP has pointed out doing a proper load calc is the way to go and there is a lot more info required to do that than the info supplied. You would just need to do a block load calc but even for that you will need to model the structure, exterior shading etc.
