The picture has the cover off. Does that help?

Mrs. Joey, you have got to give me some credit. I've hit my head enough that I pass out when I walk by running microwave ovens but COME ON!?

While I'm still young and dumb, I'll just bear hug the the W/H and lift it in place. I'll definently remember this when I get older and wiser.

thought i'll rub it in a little to adam and ben. they had a 8'' flange valve to do yesterday.

i have a 3'' double check valve assembly to install next week. have to cut the water main and loop it to the new backflow install.

city is requiring retrofitting all buildings above 40' to have backflo protection.

so ben, this is how i get it up

I'll regret this later in life.
No, it's not rocket science, it's plumbing and unlike rocket science it requires a license.

Tough guy decided to do it by himself from his camera phone for the first time.

Hey Rick I thought people dont sweat in Cali.... I have a dolly with a pump lift for higher then 18". But most heaters I put in are on a 18" stand so I use a 5 gallon bucket flip it over and do a 2 step process 1st I lift on top of bucket then regrip then lift to stand. Pretty simple and just 2 easy lifts
You can lose with me, but you can't win without me!.... PPI
