ok witch do you all like cordless or corded .we would probably not do any thing bigger then 2" ,we would use it for 1" and smaller most of the time

can you give me a model #

          thanks

how often are you going to use the machine???I bought a corded unit, reason being that there are times the propress sits for a wk or 2 without work.(I only use it on repairs)Nothing ticks me off worse than a cordless battery dying on me in the middle of something. If you are going to use it alot tehn buy cordless with a back up battery. Just my 2cents.

charlie, with the lithium -ion batteries, i would go with the cordless 330-b. 2 batteries will run all day.

i guess the boss is getting close. do you need me to seal the deal

              rick.

we have our demo Monday and i want to be ready if he asks what should we get
the lithium-ions dont discharge if they sit for a long time right
that would be the only thing is it may sit for a couple months

Re: a good day next Monday

the lithium are good for slow discharge storage and can be topped off anytime.

depending on your work environment, the corded is a sure fire thing. problem is stretching out 200' of cord for a 5 second press is the pain.

me, i'm cordless, plus the 1 corded i stole from bill

most of the time we should have power close

do they both preform the same

i would go for the cordless ,if i have just a couple fittings to do i dont want to have to bring a cord also

Re: a good day next Monday

I like my cordless but I keep the batteries charged up every couple weeks just to be ready. One lucky thing for me is I have the 100b and the batteries are the same on my Seesnake toolbox monitor so I have 4 always around.

the older 400 corded machine was super fast no frill machine. i would think that the new 330 corded model will be slightly faster than the cordless model. but what's an extra second when you're done in under 6 seconds

the 330 electric is the only model machine i don't own

                        yet

i hope they go for the cordless with jaws up to 2"

is the 330 the only size that you can use for the 2 1/2 to 4"

as far as the new models, yes. both the corded and cordless will work the xl and xlc jaws and fittings.

i have plenty of extra jaws sets. let me know and i can make you a deal behind door #3
