  • Busted propress

Was in the middle of doing a re-pipe when my propress 210 suddenly stopped cycling. It would make the sound but the piston wouldn't move. I rotated the jaw and got it to cycle a few times then nothing. Went to Ferguson and got a new one and gave them the old one to send in which I'm not all that thrilled about... but I needed it I have 3 re-pipes lined up and my pex jaws are for the compact. This happen to anyone?

ray, i had a similar thing with my 100. the machine cycled the motor but not the ram.

turned out the pressure relief valve was sticking and not allowing pressure to build up.

sent it in and had it back in less than a week

i always bring at least 2 machines with me just in case.
