Right-on a speed square on the top of your list. You have no idea how many times people mistake my bags for a framers.

I put a 12' gammon reel on my plumb bob for ground work and a snap line box on my plumb bob for high lids.

Why don't more installers use plumbobs.

p.s. CHEATER,you listed 9 tools,Aaron and I want to dump out our entire arsenal in the driveway and start ringen-em-off

Also have a laser box.Comes in real handy for layout on big floors.

I have, for some reason been avoiding this thread I have so many favorite tools, to just name 5 wouldn't be possible.

But I can tell you my channel locks are at the top, and my ridgid seesnake cameras are right beside them.

                              In no particular order...

                              1. Milwaukee Sawzall
                              2. FatMax 16' Tape Measure (Love the 13 foot standout)
                              3. Level
                              4. Pocket Framing Square (For laying out water pipe holes in joists)
                              5. Kango 950 Demolition Hammer (Makes concrete footings and floors into dust in a hurry!)

                              Honorable Mention:
Milwaukee 14v Cordless Hammer Drill (Only because it's new )

My number 1 tool has to be this one

Dirt Eater 5000 Ultra - Industrial Super Suction vacuum cleaner.

This is NOT for home users. It's a real beast that doesn't know when to stop.
