    Re: sink drain

Are you loosening it enough where water is coming from the slip nuts? Whatever you do--NO CHEMICAL DRAIN CLEANERS. Bad stuff.
    Buy cheap, buy twice.

Good point Greg.Once had a toilet that was flushing slow because a birdsnest had fallen into the roof vent and had packed leaves over time.

Removed the debris and it flushed like is supposed to.

Have someone stand down by the kitchen sink and run a garden hose down the vent, the person standing by the sink will watch the sink tomake sure it isn't overflowing.

I saw something the other day which I have never seen before, whoever installed the tube trap stuck a 11/4 x 11/2 t.p washer where the weir of the trap and the waste arm connect, removed that, and the sink went down great.

          Something to look at.
