The things you find in toilets.

#1....Diagnosed this one on the phone with one question...Do you have kids?

#2.... changed out a toilet the other day, the old one worked but they wanted a new one. I took the tank off and this was in the bowl, can't figure out what its doing in there.

thats what I thought at first, but it isn't. I tried to pull it out with needle nose pliers and that didn't work. So, I put it in a dumpster and broke it with a hammer. It is a hose adapter on a 3/4 nipple and a coupler, maybe a homemade version of a blowbag??

One of the more odd things I encountered was a bunch of change. (Money/Coins)

The owners 2 young daughters were apparrently using it for a Wishing Well also.

Made it not flush right, but the change had enough weight that it would hang around in the trap.

Can't remember the amount. I left it there.

              I'm cheap....just not that cheap.

Now you gotta enlighten me about these personal "massage" devices. How does one get a "massage" while sitting on the toilet? Is this an electrical apparatus? Does it take batteries? What color is it? What shape is this thing? Is it hands free - usually got both hands on my new Ridgid catalog during this time of day. Can you get one down at the Walgreens or Rite-Aid? It would be nice to get a "massage" while I was takin' care of business. Oh yeah, tell plumberscrack I looked under my mattress for any plumbing pipes or fixtures - none found. Must be a DC thing. Decorum prevents me from elaborating or for that matter postulating the exact procedure followed in using these devices, suffices to say they have to date, been battery operated.

                    Re: toilet suprise

Husband was in tears on this one... It would appear that his wife had the habit of blowing up the bathroom ( making large portions of the house uninhabitable so the husband tells it). She found color coordinated stink spray to use to help solve the problem, to bad she dropped it...

They now have an exhaust fan

I wish I had taken pictures over the years. I have seen all kinds of things in toilets, I can't even remember all of them.

As far as I can surmise, first you take the.... turn it on and apply it to the....... and then wait for it's full effect to run it's course and here I can only guess, during the, or at the end of the...... I can only assume that the......gets dropped into the bowl.
