        Yes but that was the whole problem. When the santee was roughed in it was to high to install a branch tailpiece in finish. That is why the condensate was hooked up to the trap arm instead of the tailpiece. I can understand doing this once but this project was full of them.

              All pics are from the same house

              Pic #1 Toilet flange elevated by bricks because the main sewer is just a few inches below slab. Good thing they make a 20" poly closet supply

              Pic #2 Looking down into a vanity cabinet with the top removed. The 1-1/2 line coming through the side of the cabinet is from the washing machine. Customer said her sink gurgled when the laundry was draining

              Pic #3 Wants me to fix the leak on the water heater at no charge because we put it in 3 years ago

                        I proudly admit that I did install that heater

                        Look closer gentlemen....thats a boiler drain NOT a gate valve

                        If it were a gate, the relief valve probe would keep it from shutting off

                          crack, i was originally thrown off when they jumped on the band wagon.

                          guys take a closer look.

                          it's a brass tee with a boiler drain screwed into it.

                          remember bill is on team geritol

                                THAT TEE WITH THE RISER STILL LIFTS THE
                                PROBE OUT OF THE HOT WATER AT TOP OF TANK ! ! !
                                AND WHY A BOILER DRAIN AT THE T&P OPENING
