    i do work for a large property management company there a life saver for me. and suprisingly there great no questions asked need a new water heater replace it simple as that. i wish i had 1 more of them i wouldnt advertise anymore if i did

      One thing to keep in mind if you work for property management companies, yes they like to keep costs down to keep the owners happy plus they get a bonus if they keep costs down. But now that the housing boom is over and the banks are starting to take back properties, those people are now becoming renters again, and as a result rents are starting to rise again!
      So with higher rents you don't have to sell your services cheap to get the work. Sure some landlords will continue being cheap but others will want real repairs instead of band aids.
