    HAS ANYONE ATTEMPTED TO SERVICE A FLOODED FLAME GUARD WATER HEATER. THESE ARE THE ONES THAT HAVE A SEALED COMBUSTION CHAMBER. THE BASEMENT FLOODED. WILL NOT REESTABLISH A PILOT,AND CAN'T FLUSH OUT THE SPARK LITER . DON'T WANT TO COMPRIMISE THE SEALED COMBUSTION CHAMBER. THANKS, RICK.

    Any time something has been flooded don't fix it replace it. It is no longer safe to use.

      THE HEATER IS ONLY AFEW MONTHS OLD. JUST NEEDED TO REPLACE THE GAS CONTROLL VALVE AND BLOW OUT THE PILOT AND BURNER LINE.
